Rajib is an Office of the National Coordinator of Health IT (ONC) Fellow and has 25 years of technology experience in various industry verticals where he had management roles in Software Engineering, Program Management, Product Management, Business and Strategy Development. He served as technology consultant for global companies like Caterpillar, Nortel, CSX Transportation, and Marconi Telecom.
Rajib is currently the founder and CEO of Health Roads, an Health IT consulting company and a technology advisor for the Alameda County’s Whole Person Care program where he is crafting the technology vision and roadmap for the social Health Information Exchange for the County. Prior to that Rajib served as the Chief Data and Transformation Officer at CHCN, an Alameda County based primary care Clinic Network and Managed Care organization that managed 150,000 lives. He held executive responsibility to bring efficiency, scale and data driven decision culture within the Managed Care business. His major accomplishments include turning around Utilization Management, IT and Customer Care departments by digitizing business processes and utilizing operational analytics. He also led a large-scale multi-organizational Data Governance program and a $20+ million dollar Electronic Health Record initiative.

Currently, Shervin is an executive member of Providence Health St. Joseph and responsible for development of data driven web/mobile digital health innovations, leveraging near real-time access to data, advanced analytics and predictive data models. Previous assignments include Director of Mobile Health Products at NantHealth and Senior mHealth Partner at Vodafone Ventures where he was responsible for startup incubation, domestic and global product launches, as well as strategic investments. Shervin serves as a product strategy advisor and mentor for several medical devices and digital health startups in addition to being a member of Life Science Angels Group in the Bay Area, investing in medical devices, digital health and artificial intelligence solutions.
